Pursuant to the CRIT Sex Offender Registration Code, Chapter 7, Section 1-701, the Tribes must use
and maintain a public sex offender registry website to provide information to the public about registered
sex offenders residing, visiting, working or going to school within the Colorado River Indian Reservation.
The CRIT Sex Offender Registration Code was enacted on June 10, 2010, by Ordinance 10-02, and

unlawfully injure, harass, or commit a crime against any individual named in the registry or residing or
working at any reported addresses and that any such action could result in civil or criminal penalties.
